You're missing out if you aren't visiting the MOST VISITED national park (per year) in the US. Trails for days and views for a lifetime!

gatlinburg

If an amusement park was converted into town, this would be it. Definitely geared more towards families and children. A lot of attractions and a strip full of spots to pop in and out of. Good brewery and Ole Smokey Moonshine sprinkled within the mix!

chimney tops

- smoky mts.

This hike, though short, was very strenuous. Prior to reaching the summit we got upheld at the top due to a closure thanks in part to the arson fires that had recently came through - bummer! We got high enough nonetheless to see the trails beauty.

crockett's breakfast camp

- gatlinburg

Come early and come hungry. This spot is definitely a staple for breakfast time. The lines can be pretty extensive but move rapidly as the place is large with quick turnover. *Note: get the cinnamon roll, not pictured!*

laurel falls

- smoky mts.

Definitely one of the more touristy attractions within the park. Depending on the season, this hike to the falls can be extremely crowded and at times chaotic. Short enough to make the trip worth it, as the falls are pretty majestic at the top.

forks of the river trail

- knoxville

Peaceful escape from the city hustle. Tucked away and quiet with low traffic. Great to do some exploring with parks, exhibits and outlooks along the way for everyone!
