If it's not already on your shortlist of travel destinations, then you certainly should be add it! You'll be left in awe and exhausted with so much to do and see. This entire region surpassed our already high expectations heading into it. Though it was peak season when we went, we're already planning another trip back!

Some of our highlights include:

Lake Louise, hike up to Lake Agnes Tea Room, Moraine Lake, Tunnel Mountain, Peyto Lake & Johnston Canyon.

Didn't spend much time in the city partially because we were so eager to get to the Banff area. Heard great things about it, and based on the construction and development going on in the surrounding areas it definitely growing. We made a stop at Happy Belly Kombucha where their staff and their handson access to the facility is enough to recommend anyone to. Top things off, their endless options are some of the best we've tried in this very competitive booch market!

What started off as an option for an overnight boondocking spot, soon turned in our homebase for Banff NP and one of our favorite little towns yet. With ample overnight parking right off of Main Street as well as parking lots dedicated to free parking we not only loved that but the friendliness of the locals and relevance to the National Parks will have this town tough to top for many reasons. Considering it being peak season, we notice that it was a melting pot of travelers as well as cultures from around the world in this town but everyone shared the same likeminded and generosity approach. Endless food/drink options and many desirable coffee shops.

Connected to Banff and Yoho, there's no wonder why this region is so highly sought after and trafficked. With more wildlife and less people we quickly found ourselves loving this park after the masses of Banff. The town of Jasper was very ideal for all travelers with a lot outfitter options, food spots, and accommodations. No shortage of wildlife here, even heard there was a 3-legged bear that floats around the town! Didn't see that but a lot of other. Some of our highlights include: Sunwapta Falls, Athabasca Falls & Maligne Canyon.
